Wanda Sue (Goodlet) Childers

Wanda Sue Childers, 72, of Tillman, SC passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018 at her home.  She was born on July 11, 1946 to the late Stanley and Fannie Smith Goodlet in Wilmore, KY. 

Ms. Childers was passionate about protecting animals from ill treatment. She enjoyed thrift shopping, bargain hunting, gardening and tending her flowers. Her favorite TV show was “Supernatural”, and she could watch it all day. 

Ms. Childers is survived by two sons, David Davis (Kimberley) and Michael Blythe (Lisa); one daughter, Vicki Davis (David); one brother, Mike Goodlet (Wilma); two sisters, Carolyn Hill (Oscar) and Debra Goodlet; and two grandchildren, Cheree and Brandon LaBelle.  She was predeceased by her husband, John R. Childers, Jr. and one son, Anthony Davis.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, on Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary Street in Beaufort, SC.
