Sandra Corriveau

     Sandra Maxine Corriveau, 73, widow of Gilles Corriveau, of Pineland, SC, formerly of Wesley Chapel, FL and Newfoundland, Canada passed away on October 22, 2023, at her home surrounded by family. She was born on April 29, 1950, in Newfoundland, Canada to the late Mr. and Mrs. George and Joyce Youden.

     Sandra loved God and her family and was loved by everyone she met. Her family considered her “a woman of wisdom with a heart of gold,” and she always had an encouraging word for those who needed it. Sandra had an infectious laugh, a strong-willed personality, and loved quilting.

     Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Marvin Corriveau (Marie), Jeffrey Corriveau (Stacey); two daughters, Joyce Cannon, Gillian Bailey (Nate); one brother, Marvin Youden (Vera); two sisters, Marie Sheppard (Harris), Glenda Lodge (Gary); grandchildren, Victoria, Devin, Zackary, Ethan, Jocelyn; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother, Wayne Cooper, one sister, Marilyn Youden, and one grandson, Joshua.

     A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm, on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Vaigneur Funeral Home, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland, SC. The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00pm until the hour of the service at the funeral home.

     Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm, on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Myrtle Lake Baptist Church, 2017 Reigle Road, Lutz, FL. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00am until the hour of the service at the church. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens, 11531 US-301, Dade City, FL 33525.
