Sally (Wall) Floyd

     Sally Wall Floyd, 85, of Chesapeake, VA passed away April 21, 2021.  She was born on December 1, 1935 in Ridgeland, SC to the late Mr. and Mrs. Lenville and Katherine Elkins Wall.

    Mrs. Floyd was a member of St. Bride’s Episcopal Church. She retired from the City of Chesapeake, VA, and enjoyed cooking, reading, music and dancing. Mrs. Sally was very active in her community and volunteered for the Chesapeake EMS.

     Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Everette Floyd, one son, Allen Floyd (Janice), two daughters, Kim Powis and Kay Antle (Joe), one brother-in-law, Ervin Floyd, two sisters-in-law, Dan Lowther (David), Vera Floyd, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

     Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Vaigneur Funeral Home Chapel, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland, SC  29936. Burial will follow the service in Floyd Cemetery, Ridgeland, SC. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
