Pam was born on September 2, 1963 in Ridgeland SC, to the late Mr. Wayne Westbrook and Ms. Nancy Malphrus Rivera.
She enjoyed her career in hairdressing for over 35 years, during which time she worked on Parris Island, the Beaufort Air Station in Beaufort SC and later at Pam’s Barber shop in Ridgeland.
