Mike Fallaw

     Michael Vern “Mike” Fallaw, 77, of Ridgeland SC, passed away on August 30, 2022.  He was born in Lexington SC on August 24, 1945, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Leto Vern and Margaret Steele Fallaw.

     Mike was self-employed in construction and operated Fallaw Construction.  He was a lifelong member of Long Branch Hunting club, where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with nature.  His walk with the Lord was important to him and spent many hours in prayer for his family and others.  Nine stepchildren had the opportunity to call him dad and he loved each of them as his own.

     Left to cherish his memory are his nine children, twenty grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, and a very special friend Sherra Chasserau.  He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ruth Fallaw.

     Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 3, 2022, at 11:30 am at Robertville Baptist Church Cemetery, 26 Robertville Drive, Garnett SC 29922.  A reception will be held immediately following the service in the church social hall.
