Michael Larrow, Jr.

Michael Gardner Larrow, Jr., 46, of Ridgeland, S.C., passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Michael was born on February 17, 1974 in Savannah, Georgia to Michael G. Larrow, Sr. and Donna S. Larrow. Michael was raised on Hilton Head Island, S.C. until his family moved to Ridgeland, S.C. As a young boy, he spent most of his time walking in the woods or riding up and down the river in his jon boat. He graduated from Thomas Heyward Academy and went on to attend Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College where he received a degree in Forestry and Wildlife Management. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, searching for arrowheads, and diving for fossil shark teeth. He loved all kinds of animals, and you never knew what he would bring home next. Michael was a very generous and kind person, always helping others. He will be greatly missed.

Michael is survived by his parents, Michael and Donna Larrow, of Ridgeland, S.C.; his son, Brandon Larrow; his daughter Katherine Larrow; sisters Carolyn L Keisler(Van) and Elizabeth L. Jennings(Chris); nieces and nephews; Caitlynn, Rachel, Kirsten, Rance, and Andrew; and great nephews Rhett and Knox.

He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Richard D. and Ruth M. Larrow and maternal grandparents, H. Rufus and Jennie V Smith; and a niece Megan Keisler.
