Lucille (Dixon) Bryan

Ms. Anna Lucille Dixon Bryan, 84, of Ridgeland SC passed away on November 20, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family and friends.  She was born on August 8, 1938, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Harvey and Alice Fortner Dixon. 

Ms. Lucille retired as a docent tour guide for the Girl Scouts of America in 2015, and worked in the museum and the Andrew Lowe House in Savannah Ga.  She loved her family very much and will be missed immensely.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Penny Daley (Scooter), daughter in law, Irene Bryan, four grandchildren: Crystal Vinson (Gary), Daniel Bryan (Caitlin), Ashton Daley, Ainsley Daley, and four great grandchildren.  Ms. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Bryan, Sr., and son, Gene “Danny” Bryan, Jr.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday November 23, 2022, at 11:00 am in St. Luke’s United Methodist Cemetery, 3080 Okatie Highway, Okatie, SC 29909.  The family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 am in the cemetery until the hour of the service.
