Kelsie Francine DeByle

Kelsie Francine DeByle, 29, of Ridgeland SC, passed away on October 26, 2023.  She was born in Savannah GA, on August 2, 1994. 

Kelsie never met a stranger, she made friends very easily.  She loved her friends, the time she had with them, and cherished the memories they made together. They all would go to mud runs when they could and be outdoors as much as possible. She also loved her family very much.  Kelsie was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister and mother.  Music was important to her and enjoyed listening to her favorite tunes.  Kelsie was also a roller coaster enthusiast and enjoyed being scared. Being scared may be why she enjoyed Halloween so much.  It was important to her to decorate and celebrate Halloween to the fullest. 

Left to cherish her memory are her son: Kade Daley, mother, Beverly Daley, father, Jesse Keatts Jr., brothers, Donovan DeByle, Jesse Keatts III, grandmother, Fran Daley, Aunt Beth Daley, and a host of cousins.  She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Wayne Daley and brother, Travis Priester.

A memorial service will be held on Friday November 3, 2023, at 4:00 pm at Vaigneur Funeral Home, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland SC 29936.  The family will receive guests from 3:00 pm until the hour of service at the funeral home.
