Jerry Leo Miles

Jerry Leo Miles, 78, of Grays SC, passed away on November 7, 2024 at Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville SC.  He was born on November 6, 1946, in Walterboro SC, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence and Kizzy Miles.

Mr. Jerry served his country in the US Navy for four years. After his service in the Navy, he worked for Westinghouse textile mill in Hampton SC, for forty four years until his retirement. He was a faithful member of Beaver Dam Baptist church until he was unable to attend.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Freda, sons: Kevin, Derrick, daughter, Monica, sister, Loreen and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his brothers: J.C., Keith, Carrol, Gene, and grandson, Joey.

Graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 3:00 pm at Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 4611 Beaver Dam Road, Ridgeland SC 29936.  The family will receive guest beginning at 2:30 at the cemetery.
