Jane Elizabeth (Adams) Carson

   Jane Elizabeth Carson, 71, of Ridgeland, SC passed away Monday, July 25, 2022. She was born on July 23, 1951, in Walterboro, SC to the late Mr. and Mrs. James and Chessey Lee Reeves Adams.

   Mrs. Jane was a beautiful soul, who loved her children and was their best friend. She was always helping others and enjoyed her time caring for the children at Ridgeland Baptist Church Childcare. She served the Lord through her devotion to Red Dam Baptist Church Vacation Bible School and as a GA Leader. She loved cooking for her family and always had plenty for anyone who stopped by. Always busy and working hard, Jane never met a stranger and had many friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

   Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 54 years, Harvey Carson; two sons, Anthony Carson, Craig Carson (Allison); two daughters, Tracey Burton (Lance), Jill Young (Hu By); two brothers, Ted Adams, Harold Adams; one sister, Judy Crosby (Donny); and five grandchildren, Courtney Saxon (Zack), Bailey Carson, Caitlyn Burton, Ellie Carson and Jesse Burton.

   A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 29, 2022, at Red Dam Baptist Church Cemetery, 488 Red Dam Road, Hardeeville, SC 29927. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 am until to hour of the service in the cemetery.
