James Albert "Uncle Jimmy" Yarnell

   James Albert “Uncle Jimmy” Yarnell, 72, of Ridgeland, SC passed away June 4, 2023. He was born on June 4, 1951, to the late James and Juanita Edmondson Yarnell in Elkton, MD.

   “Uncle Jimmy” was a veteran of the United States Army and served in Vietnam in 1971-1972. He enjoyed working in construction with his nephew and “partner-in-crime", Bill. When not working “Uncle Jimmy” enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.

   Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Suzie Yarnell; one brother, Ricky Yarnell (Barbara); two sisters, Joyce Donohew, Jo Ann Jamison (Larry); his grandchildren and great grandchildren; one nephew, Bill Donohew (Colleen); one niece, Donella Everette(Mike), one great niece, Savannah Haines; three great nephews, John Alaia, Thomas Alaia, Tony Berryman and his faithful K-9 companion “Poo Poo”. He was predeceased by one daughter, Lisa Yarnell and one brother, Donny Yarnell.
