Gerald Behnke

Mr. Gerald James Behnke, 89, of Bluffton SC passed away on December 26, 2025.  He was born in Minneapolis MN, on January 2, 1936, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Otto and Margaret Jones Behnke. 

Mr. Behnke retired from Soo Line Railroad as a Yard Master.  He enjoyed reading, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. 

Left to cherish his memory are his sons: Brian Behnke (Jane), Kevin Behnke (Lynne), sister, Peg Beck (Bob), five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

The family will hold a celebration of life in Minnesota at a later date.
