Gail Hubbard

Gail C. Hubbard, age 72, of Hardeeville SC, departed this life on the morning of June 7, 2019 after a long illness.
She passed peacefully at home, with her husband of 56 years, Carroll M. Hubbard, at her side.
Affectionately known as “Miss Gail” and “MeMa”, she enjoyed giving herself unto others in many ways - including through her cooking, her many years of active service in the Hardeeville Baptist Church van ministry, nursery, and choir and most recently active service unto the Lord God Almighty through song in the Tillman Baptist Church.
As a resident of Jasper County SC, for her entire life, she will be deeply missed by the many individuals whose lives she touched during the time she was granted here on Earth.

As she transitions from this life, into the next, she leaves behind her husband, Carroll M. Hubbard of Hardeeville SC, her children, McKinley Hubbard of Jacksonville FL, Martin Hubbard and his wife Ashby of Rincon GA, Myrtis H. Fender and her husband Clayton of Hardeeville SC, grandson Nolan Hubbard of Hardeeville SC, daughter-in-law Melanie Hubbard of Springfield GA, mother Myrtis Gibbons of Hardeeville SC. Three sisters, Dianne Reynolds of Bluffton, Pam Padgett of Hardeeville and Jeanne Raven of Ridgeland SC, and their perspective spouses and children.

Visitation begins at 10:00am Monday June 10, 2019, at Hardeeville Baptist Church, 13 East Main St., Hardeeville SC, with funeral services to follow at 11:00am. Burial at Maye River Baptist Church Cemetery, 3507 Okatie Highway, Bluffton, SC, following services.
