Ms. Frances “Fran” Sauls Daley, 79, of Ridgeland SC, formally of Bluffton SC, passed away at her home on February 6, 2025. She was born on August 30, 1945, in Ridgeland SC to the late, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff and Marie Beverly Sauls.
Ms. Fran owned and operated The Flower Basket and Gift Shop in Bluffton SC, where her love for flowers could be seen in her beautiful arrangements. Even when she left Bluffton to live in Ridgeland, she still held onto and was very proud of being a Bluffton native. In her time off from work, she enjoyed visiting flea markets and placing a few bets at the casino. She never was one to stay home and went every chance she could. Her family meant everything to her. When her grandchildren came along, she had a new kind of love to share. However, when her great-grandson Kade was born, he had her by heartstrings. Never letting anyone go without, she was always quick to offer her help.
Left to cherish her memory, are her daughter, Bev Daley, brothers: Gary Sauls (Molly), Jay Sauls, sister, Linda Farmer, Sister-in-law, Jackie Sauls, grandson, Donovan DeByle Daley, great-grandson, Kade Daley, and “adopted daughters,” Beth Daley, Shane LaBean and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Daley, brother, Jimmy Sauls, and granddaughter, Kelsie DeByle.
The family will celebrate her life at a later date with a burial in Bluffton Cemetery.
