Everette Allen Floyd

     Everette Allen Floyd, 88 of Chesapeake VA, formally of Tillman SC, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022. He was born on March 29, 1934, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence and Flossie Ivey Floyd in Tillman, SC.

 Everette retired as a service manager from Addressograph Multigraph Corporation.  He was an avid gardener, fisherman and enjoyed watching Clemson Tigers play football on the weekend.  His family meant everything to him and was a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.  He never met a stranger, he loved others, and those met him immediately became his friend.  Everyone who knew him will miss him and his smile. 

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Allen Floyd (Janice), two daughters; Kay Antle (Joe), Kim Powis, sister Dan Lowther, sister in law Vera Floyd, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Sally Wall Floyd.

A funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Vaigneur Funeral Home Chapel, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland SC 29936 with a visitation starting at 10:00 am till the hour of the service. Interment will follow the service at Floyd Cemetery, Floyd Road, Tillman, SC.
