Elizabeth (Polston) Scacchi

     Elizabeth Ann Polston Scacchi, 63, of Hilton Head Island, SC passed away on January 13, 2025. She was born on January 23, 1961, in Laurinburg, NC to Ms Yoko Hamawaki Polston and  the late Mr. Terrol Polston.

     Elizabeth, along with her husband Dino, owned and operated ATM Construction on Hilton Head Island. She enjoyed gardening and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan. She was a loving wife, mother,  daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, and she was a friend to everyone. She will be greatly missed by her friends on Hilton Head Island.

     Left to cherish her memory, along with her mother, are her husband, Dino Scacchi; two sons, Thomas Scacchi (Marlee), Tony Scacchi; one brother, Jimmy Polston; one sister, Patricia Semken; one grandchild, Rhilee Scacchi; her mother in law, Anna Scacchi; a host of nieces and nephews;  her cat “Oreo”, and K-9 companions “Bella” and “Stella”.

     A memorial service will be held at 5:00pm on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Vaigneur Funeral Home, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland, SC. The family will receive friends beginning at 4:00 pm until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
