Edward G. Acton, III

     Edward George Acton, III, 58, of Grays, SC passed away January 25, 2020 at his home. He was born on August 31, 1961 in Washington, D.C. to the late Edward G. Acton, Jr. and Violet Ellis Acton.

      Ed loved his work on the golf course, fishing, putting together models, and especially enjoyed taking his girls to work on the weekends. He was a loving brother, husband, father and grandfather.

     Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Melissa Acton; four daughters, Jannice Young, Patricia Mejia (Isrrael), Dezireae Martin (Michael) and Zoey Acton; six grandchildren, Madeline Young, Joe Mejia, Cody Mejia, Matthew Mejia, Gaius Martin and Freya Martin; one brother, and two sisters.

     A memorial service will be held at a later date.
