"Cookie" Daley

Ruth “Cookie” Daley, 67, of Tillman SC, passed away on April 13, 2024.  She was born on September 1, 1956, in Wilmington, N.C. to the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lee White. 

Cookie taught elementary computer at Thomas Heyward Academy.  She loved her pets and being around her pool.  Family was very important to her, and she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dean Daley, daughters; Meredith Daley, Morgan Ruscetta (Daniel), grandchildren, Henley, Cohen, Griffin, Miles, sisters-in-law; Debra Daley (Wilbur), Diane Thames (Gentry), and a host of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at Vaigneur Funeral Home, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland SC, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 3:00 pm.  The family will receive guests beginning at 2:00 pm at the funeral home until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Floyd Cemetery, Floyd Road, Tillman SC.
