Christine Florence Prince

Christine Florence Prince, 81, of Ridgeland, SC passed away Monday, June 21, 2021. She was born on September 21, 1939, in Tillman, SC to the late Mr. and Mrs. John Henry and Ella Lou Daring Boyles.

Ms. Christine was a kind person with a big heart, willing to do what she could to help anyone. She enjoyed shopping at flea markets and thrift stores, and Sunday was her day to cook for her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Mike Prince (Lynn), Eddie Prince (Michelle); two daughters, Irma Tinkham, Sandy Kroft (John); four sisters, Violet Gooding, Josie Wilcox, Estelle Kelly, Percal Brown; eleven grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren.

Ms. Prince was predeceased by her husband, Rudolph Howard Prince; one son, Danny Prince; one daughter in law, Pat Prince; one son in law, Tommy Tinkham; one granddaughter, Christy Lee Prince; two sisters, Ruth Cook and Mertle Cook.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Vaigneur Funeral Home Chapel, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland, SC. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am until the hour of the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in Floyd Cemetery, Tillman, SC.
