Jimmie Rogers Cleland

     Jimmie Rogers Cleland, 86, of Ridgeland, SC passed away at his home on Friday, June 9, 2017 after a lengthy illness.  Mr. Cleland was born in Ridgeland, SC on November 7, 1930 to the late Walter and Daisy Lowther Cleland.

    Mr. Cleland was a life time resident of Ridgeland and was self- employed in the furniture business for many years.

     He is survived by two sons, Tracy (Cathy) Cleland and Ricky Cleland; one daughter, Gayle Cleland; one brother, Kenneth Cleland (Dobie); one sister, Eileen Mock; four grandchildren, Taylor, Trevor, Justin and Billy Cleland; and nine great grandchildren.

     Mr. Cleland was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Cleland, several brothers and sisters, and one granddaughter.

     Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Vaigneur Funeral Home Chapel, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland, SC with burial following in Ridgeland Cemetery.
