Jerry Nadeau

     Gerard Ernest “Jerry” Nadeau, 71, of Ridgeland, SC passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA.  He was born September 10, 1946 in Providence, RI, to the late Gerard E. and Lauretta Guilbert Nadeau.

     Mr. Nadeau was a veteran of the U.S. Airforce and served in Vietnam as a C-130 pilot. After his military service, he maintained his private pilot’s license and enjoyed pleasure flying. Jerry also had a life-long passion for woodworking and construction, and owned Nadeau Construction company. He treasured the many friendships he made through the years. Jerry was a loving husband, father, and brother.

     He is survived by his wife, Darlene Bollack; one daughter, Danielle Nadeau-Morris; one brother, John Nadeau; two sisters, Dr. Joann Bolli (John) and Sally Schweikart; one step daughter, Heather Topcik (Steve) and seven grandchildren.

     A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm, Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Vaigneur Funeral Home, 6802 Tillman Rd., Ridgeland, SC.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 29, 2017  at Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary St.,  Beaufort, SC.
