Dixie (Godfrey) Baum

     Dixie Godfrey Baum, 69, of Ridgeland, SC passed away Friday, September 22, 2017, at Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville, SC.  She was born January 23, 1948, in Elizabeth City, NC, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Beulah Lane Godfrey.

     Ms. Baum worked as a medical receptionist, and enjoyed crocheting, thrift shopping, and taking care of her pets.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.

     She is survived by her son, Mike Harrell, her daughter, B. Christine Baker, two brothers, two sisters, and five grandchildren.

     A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Ridgeland Cemetery, Ingram Street, Ridgeland, SC.
