This price includes the following services:

• Service charge of the funeral home
  
• Transfer of deceased from the place of death (within 30 miles of the funeral home)
  
• Arrangement conference with funeral director
  
• Filing of all necessary documents
  
• Alternative Cremation Container (container required by law)
  
• Cremation process
  
• 3 certified death certificates (1 each for the coroner’s office, crematory, and funeral home)
  
• Return of cremated remains in ABS plastic urn *

Cash advances items such as additional certified death certificates, flowers, cemetery expenses, obituaries (other than our website and Facebook) and required permits are not included.

State and local taxes are not included

Viewing, embalming, visitation, a service (at our funeral home or another location), use of hearse, flower van, and other services are available at an additional cost.

Payment with an insurance assignment or credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.
