Dan Sandifer

Paul Daniel Sandifer, Jr., 49, of Ridgeland, SC passed away March 13, 2017 at the Medical University Hospital in Charleston, SC. Dan was born April 13, 1967 in Bamberg, SC to Paul D. Sandifer, Sr. and Mary Frances Nix Rutland.

Dan was a very caring and loveable man.  He loved God, his family and his friends, and would help anyone in need. Dan was a huge NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing and boating.

Dan is survived by his father, Paul Sandifer (Phyllis); his mother, Mary Frances Rutland (William Zahler, Jr.); three brothers, Brad (Tammy), Chris (Charity), and Kevin (Jaci) Sandifer; one sister, Stephanie Sandifer; eleven nieces and nephews, Gunner, Jarret, Ella, Ryder, and Phoenix Sandifer, Kimberly Butler, Jalen Turner, Makeda and Chance Dupont, and J.T. and Jena Haddock; two grand nephews; two grand nieces; and his special friend, Janet Bishop, and her daughter Jennifer Bishop.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm, Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Vaigneur Funeral Home Chapel, 6802 Tillman Road, Ridgeland, SC. The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00pm, until the hour of the service.

Memorial donations may be made to Vaigneur Funeral Home, 6802 Tillman Rd., Ridgeland, SC 29936 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
